Design And Implementation Of Financial Management System Of Electric Powerenterprises In Changzhi Power Supply Company

The traditional electric power enterprise financial management activities are sti ll using manual methods which result in low efficiency of financial management a nd the single function. Nowdays, with the coming of age of informatization, digit-alization and networking, the development and use of the financial management sy stem has become a necessary means in carrying out modern management in all w alks of life. In this thesis, according to the needs of the national power system ref orm, the author firstly studies from the understanding of domestic and foreign ERP system and its implementation, combined with the actual demand of electric powe r enterprises, a full investigation and demonstration through the implementation of financial management information system of electric power enterprises. Based on the necessity and feasibility of the design, the thesis proposes the financial manag ement information system of electric power enterprises in order to satisfy the fina ncial management of modern electric power enterprise’s goal. Design and developm ent of the financial management information system aims to complete to realize fro m the voucher to the accounting statements, including the whole process until the ki nds of subsidiary ledger and general ledger accounting statements of the last outp ut input from the certificate, modify and posting. The management information sys tem has become a small but functional system which has certain practical value. T he design of the system is to help users effectively simplify the process of financia l system and improve the work efficiency.First of all, this thesis analyzes the financial management system of power ent erprises demand. By determining the development goal of the system, the thesis st arts from the actual needs of the project, a comprehensive analysis of the financia l management system of electric power enterprises. Then the thesis makes a detail ed introduction of financial system of data acquisition, data in centralized manage ment function demand and performance demand, system parameters and gives concr ete. Secondly, this thesis designs electric power enterprise financial management syst em function module. According to the system requirement, the system uses the Visu al Basic language and Foxtable database to design the system structure with stabilit y and hign running speed. Finally is the detailed design and test function: the system module design and the key code are analyzed. To achieve the main function of electric power enterprise the thesis makes a test on the financial management syst em of the functional and performance.
