With the sustainable development of national economy,the party and the government of china think highly of the intelligent construction of infrastructure,and the construction of highway tunnel is put into a special place.Along with the continuous progress of Zigbee technology in the highway tunnel intelligent construction,people pay much attention to lighting system equipment intelligent construction,operation and maintenance.In this paper,a complete set of wireless sensor nodes used in highway tunnel's lighting control system was designed according to the actual demand of the tunnel lighting control system and the feasibility of practice.Zigbee technology was used to design the wireless sensor network in the highway tunnel lighting control system,and the software and hardware design of the wireless sensor node were designed based on the wireless sensor network.The first part of this paper,is the basic theory of Zigbee technology,Zigbee wireless communication technology,framework,concept and application areas were introduced.It combined with the domestic and international researches,for further mastering the basic theory of Zigbee technology.The second part analyzes the technical requirements of the whole system from the aspects of its function,performance,input and output,and fault management of highway tunnel lighting control system,and shows the highway tunnel lighting control of the overall framework of the system design according to the practical situation of the project.Then,the whole communication protocol of highway tunnel lighting control system was designed based on Zigbee technology theory,and the way of updating the code of wireless sensor node was studied to facilitate the maintenance and management of the system in later period.The third part,mainly based on the actual demands of users,the wireless sensor node software and hardware were designed in detail.In the hardware part of wireless sensor node,the combination model of the TI's CC2530 chip and RFX2401 C RF chip were introduced to design the power module,lighting control,detection module and coordinator node equipped with EEPROM chip.In the software part,the IAR development platform was adopted and combined with the Z_STACK protocol stack to complete the design of the functions of coordinator node including the storage,transmission and processing,and the design of the functions of the terminal node including the storage,transmission,processing,control and acquisition,as well as the design of control systems including networking and its deployment,technical parameter and bus controller.In the fourth part,the wireless sensor network lamp test result and the system communication test result can be obtained by means of experiment because of the design of the corresponding test command,which according to the wireless communication protocol aforementioned.Based on the actual project,the paper made a general design of the highway tunnel lighting control system,and carried on two parts of the innovation and optimization of the design of the wireless sensor network node.First,the EEPROM chip was used to optimize the storage of the coordinator nodes.Second,the design of the initialization protocol for the transmission optimization of wireless sensor network communication.At the end of this paper,all the views and expositions were summarized and forecasted,which provided a reference for the design of wireless sensor nodes in the future.
