With decades’ development, China’s tourism industry has become fast growing industry, achieved the important transition from the initial success simply relying on resource-based towards the development of international tourism information. Scenic management is also facing new challenges. The traditional management methods and tools can not solve the current problems and threats. Scenic region’s needs of science and technology, informatization reform have become. Information transition not only improves the overall level of tourism management and operational efficiency, but also provides better technical support to restructuring the industry to improve tourism resources and business processes, and greatly facilitates the process of information construction in scenic region.Scenic region information system of tourist safety management adapts to information age, combines tourist safety management, scenic region management informatization and technological development, adopts.net and SQL Sever combining technology. Scenic region management achieved high efficiency and standardization by the system. Ticket sales and validation, passenger flow data collection, passenger flow data statistical analysis, and scenic region passenger flow shunted decision can be made through the system. The system improves scenic region information management; supplies accurate data for administrative department’s analysis and management; and supplies necessary basis for relevant departments’research.Combine the project development example of Scenic Region Information System of Tourist Safety Management, the paper elaborates the system’s whole development process, including system analysis, demand analysis, software design and related technical analysis. The system has these functions:user control, ticket control, data collection, passenger flow data statistical analysis, etc. With all these functions, this system successfully applied to the management of the scenic region.
