"Wisdom tourism" in China began in 2010, with the development of the tourism industry, especially in recent years, people’s living standards continue to improve, and promote the rapid development of tourism, tourists to the tourism resources and the public basic services in the tourist attractions is increasingly high demand. With the rapid development of the tourism industry, but also highlights the problem more, demand management and services can not meet the needs of tourists, scenic area "bursting", "tourist chaos", "scenic area management efficiency is low", "tourist complaint rate continuous improvement" and so on has become a prominent problem, the survey showed that "the people’s growing demand for tourism" and "limited tourism resources" has become the main contradiction in the current development of tourism, which tourism resources including scenic spots, including the various hardware and software facilities for the reception and management and services. Jinfo Mountain is a typical example, since the opening of the 2009 annuity in Foshan has been rapid development, the number of tourists increased rapidly, to the number of tourists in 2012 is far more than the expected capacity, the construction of the wisdom of the Jinfo Mountain has become an effective way to improve the problem. The construction of the wisdom of the scenic area is the future development trend of the tourism industry, is the necessary measures to enhance the core competitiveness of the scenic area, but also the important strategic principles of the new situation of the development of the tourist attractions.Based on this, the author takes Jinfo Mountain as the actual case, analyzes the problems existing in the construction and management of Jinfo Mountain, and provides reference and guidance for the establishment of the Jinfo Mountain scenic spot through the overall planning and design of the intelligent management platform to solve the actual problem of the conflict of the Jinfo Mountain tourism resources. Through theoretical research and analysis, using qualitative research methods, the paper follows the research ideas, the research methods, the research methods of case analysis, and the research methods of case analysis. It is used to promote the management platform of Jinfo Mountain scenic area to promote the use of information and modern means to improve the efficiency and service quality of the scenic area management.Through research showed that: Jinfo resort management there are many problems, the performance of the network infrastructure is not perfect, information-sharing service is lagging behind, tourism service system is relatively backward means of a single public service system service, there are limitations; Jinfo scenic wisdom demands the establishment of the development of performance management platform to enhance efficiency in the management of demand, resorts competitiveness needs, improve resource allocation needs, enhance demand for emergency management and policy guidance to support demand, build on intelligence management platform functionality demand reflected in demand for data center management and control, the demand for integrated management and control system, the needs of the video surveillance system and the needs of other intelligent traffic statistics system; construction Jinfo scenic intelligence management platform is significant, the performance in which the economic and social benefits; the overall planning and design Jinfo scenic wisdom management platform, follow certain design specifications and requirements, and through standardized software architecture design ideas, identified four main functional blocks Jinfo scenic intelligence management platform Design: Designing a data center, an integrated management and control system design, video surveillance system design and intelligent traffic statistics system, by building intelligence platform to achieve efficient management of scenic spots.May be provided through this study is Jinfo scenic construction ideas and wisdom reference, and provide reference for the construction of other scenic wisdom, it has some practical significance.
