In today's world,manufacturing,as the foundation of national economy,is particularly important.The technical performance,quality and reliability of the mechanial&manufacturing industry directly affect the economic benefits and production level of various departments concerning the national economy.Therefore,they arc often used as a benchmark for the comprehensive economic strength and industrialization level of a country.Given such situation,the product quality must be strictly monitored during the production process,thus endowing more significance to an effective and timely quality management program.This paper conducts research on the diameter control during the production process of cylinder liners and control technology during the statistic process.This paper conducted analysis on the application of the SPC(Statistical Process Control)technology in the pneumatic measurement system with focus on the quality data during the cylinder liner production,aka the inner and outer diameter data of cylinder liners.The author used statistics to evaluate the stability of the whole production process and screen the entire production process based on the analysis results to promptly identify certain systematic factors,whose effect on product quality should be later climinated through effective strategies.In thisThis thesis mainly focuses on the analysis and monitoring of SPC two stages to analysis and design,relying on the core tools of control charts as a support,designing a set of economic,low-cost,practical SPC system.After analysis and testing,the system can satisfy the basic requirement.
