Vehicle inspection device plays an important role in the rapid and accurate detection of parts accuracy and ensure the quality of the vehicle.However,there is a lack of standardization in the design process of vehicle inspection fixture.At present,it still stays in the way of designing the CAD system with the experience of manual operation or the two part of the development of CAD module.It is difficult to improve the design quality and efficiency.Therefore,the development of intelligent vehicle inspection system has become an urgent need for the development of the automotive industry.In this dissertation,based on the CATIA software platform,the intelligent design system of vehicle inspection tools based on CBR is developed.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,the requirement analysis of the prototype system is carried out,On this basis,the basic framework of the system and the auxiliary supporting technology are needed,build the software platform of the whole system,and The four modules of the system interface display module,search module,modify and save module,output module for the functional design.Secondly,the key technologies of CBR in the prototype system are studied,the dissertation puts forward the detection characteristics,location features,clamping features and auxiliary feature instance representation methods and storage mechanism.On this basis,the object-oriented design method is used to express the design example of the vehicle inspection fixture.Different from the weighted nearest neighbor algorithm,a similarity search algorithm based on membership function is proposed,and application of case retrieval in the design of vehicle inspection tools.This dissertation designs a distributed retrieval method,which is called "initial retrieval and inference retrieval",which greatly improves the efficiency of retrieval.As for the problem of determining the weight of the feature items,combined with user design experience,the subjective judgment method is adopted to avoid the complexity and inaccuracy of some systems when the weights are determined,finally received a good effect.Then based on CATIA V5R19 and Visual Studio 2005 software platform,full use of CAA API interface function and C++ language for the two development,development of Microsoft Office Access 2003 based on relational database,and according to the whole process of the intelligent design of the vehicle,on the basis of the above,the program is compiled,compiled,debugged and run in the RADE environment,finally release system.so the intelligent design system for vehicle inspection tools is developed.The system is divided into weight setting module,case retrieval module,storage module,case modification and case output module four modules and a good man-machine interactive interface,the whole process of realization of the automobile fixture intelligent design,including similar automobile fixture retrieval,case modification and preservation of gauge 2D engineering drawings and bill of materials /BOM output function.Finally,with intelligent design system design of automobile automobile company seized the front bumper side into the hood fixture using the car inspection,search out the best examples of similar and are modified and saved,to achieve the desired design requirements and automatically generate the fixture of the 2D engineering drawings and materials listing /BOM.The practice proves that the intelligent design system of vehicle inspection equipment developed in this dissertation is stable and reliable.
