Research And Development Of Assembly Fixture Management System For Rapid Design

Efficient management and rapid design of assembly fixture play an important role in the agile assembly. In this paper, in allusion to the deficiency of management and design in an assembly factory, the computer aided fixture management system supporting business management and rapid design is developed, while the key technologies are studied on. The main research work and the results obtained are as follows.(1)The management system of assembly fixture is researched and analyzed on basis of investigation. In allusion to the problem of current management system, the standardized flow of assembly fixture management which includes business management, document management and process control is built up, thus the management model is improved.(2)The structure of management system is researched on. Meanwhile, the business process of assembly fixture management is modeled by the method of UML, roles and authorities are assigned. Function modules are made according to different roles, and the flowchart of function realization is also designed.(3)With the research of fixture information and data organization mode, the system database is built up, so information and data could be shared by departments on the network.(4)The CBR technology is applied to fixture design. The case library is established when the expression modes and the organization form of fixture case being researched. Then the weight of key attributes is determined by the rough set theory algorithm, the retrieval strategy and similar algorithm are also studied on, and finally the system of design support is established to offer effective methods for the rapid-designed.(5)The prototype of assembly fixture management system based on B/S structure is developed by using J2EE specification as software platform and Java and JSP as language, while the functions such as query, application and signing are also realized with example demonstration.
