| The Petroleum Workers’ Newspaper was founded in 1952.It is the first enterprise newspaper of China’s petroleum industry.It is of great significance to the production and development of China’s oil industry.It is a model of the Chinese petroleum industry newspaper.It has become a very meaningful subject for us to study the oil workers’ newspaper,which has experienced a long time,witnessed many historical periods and witnessed the great historical moment.Content analysis and depth interview are adopted in this paper.Analysis of the circulation period,circulation,the main content and organization of the newspaper is to summarize the characteristics of the Petroleum Workers’ Newspaper in different historical periods.In addition,the author interviews the staff and readers in different historical periods of the Petroleum Workers’ Newspaper.The author divides the development course of the Petroleum Workers’ Newspaper into three stages: The first stage was the period of basically complete the socialist transformation(1952-1956).The second stage is the period of full construction of socialism(1957-1966).The third stage is the new period of socialist construction(1977-2016).It is found that the Petroleum Workers’ Newspaper has different development characteristics in different historical periods.During the period of basically complete the socialist transformation(1952-1956),the Petroleum Workers’ Newspaper began to build various kinds of supplements.The depth of the reports was deepened,and typical reports appeared.During the period of full construction of socialism(1957-1966),the reports of the Petroleum Workers’ Newspaper were deepened,typical report development and special series of reports highlighted.In the new period of socialist construction(1977-2016),coverage area becomes wide,newspaper advertisements appeared,and typical reports were prominent.Network media and new media period,the Petroleum Workers’ Newspaper did not develop new media business,until 2016 to build the WeChat,mobile phone newspaper is still under construction.At the same time,the author found that the Petroleum Workers’ Newspaper dissemination of the contents of relative specialization makes it like a professional newspaper has broad space for development,but also facing the talent and the impact of new media challenge.In view of the current development situation of the Petroleum Workers’ Newspaper,the author puts forward the strategy of "talent strategy","specialized strategy" and "all media strategy" for its development.Offer advice and suggestions for the sustainable development of the Petroleum Workers’ Newspaper and the enterprise newspaper. |
