In the process of globalization,the competition of all countries’ comprehensive strength is fiercer than any time.Cultural communication,blending and confrontation are more frequent,and culture began to play an irreplaceable role in building new international relations.From Zhang Qian to the West Regions to The Belt and Road,China and Arab countries had a long history of culture communication.In the new era,China-Arab States built The Belt and Road to promote status of culture,the publishing industry has become a major window for Chinese and foreign mutual learning among civilization.Books as an important format of bearing culture,had an extraordinary position in the civilized and cultural exchanges.From the history and contemporary,economic and trade and humanities,this article analyzed why The Belt and Road provided a historical opportunity to Chinese book publishing spread to the Arab countries,explored and found problems in the macro-state policy,the subject of the book publishing,content and form of micro-publishing,used the unique advantages of the local publishing house in Ningxia Yellow River Publishing Media Group as an example,studied its achievement in the China-Arab States book publishing and dissemination and investigated the existing difficulties based on interview,analyzed the common difficulties faced by overall nation on book publishing,then made innovative strategic recommendations in the directions of country,business and talent.Finally,by the use of cross-cultural communication theory,this article pointed out that the exchange of books in the China-Arab States should stand at the height of mutual respect and understanding,looking for the resonance between the two sides,achieve more frequent book publishing exchanges in a conversational way,so that the people from China and Arab countries began to know each other,glowing the ancient Silk Road new vitality. |
