The new media environment lets the audience not only get information more conveniently,but also be able to independently release information at any time.The traditional role of communicator-receiver is subvert,which are so-called the birth of citizen-journalist,resulting in news production with "fast-food","fragmentation" and"civilian" characteristics,that provides a hotbed of barbaric growth for the inversion of news.The essence of reverse news is a lack of news facts,the reversal process often "social attention and mobilize too many troops,the consumption of social resources,stir the public environment,if improper handling will cause media and government's credibility and authority is dispelled and even more serious consequences.Therefore,the two micro end of the prevalence of the new media era of frequent reversal of the news can not let people reflect on the participation of the media literacy.This study is divided into four parties,including the occupation of news communication and the general audience,there are two news reversal in the propagation process of capital "V" and opinion leaders,government and also have new media managers and users and "supervisor" three kinds of identity construction and the officials.This study using case analysis,using the spiral of silence,two levels of communication,journalism,stereotype theory,from four party perspective,systematic analysis of "reverse news" of the old and new one news phenomenon,pointed out its connotation,in the new media environment mode,characteristics and types,analysis of the growing reason,media literacy education puts forward relevant suggestions,in order to shorten the process of reversal,improve public environment,reduce the attention of the parties involved in the loss,save social resources.
