Research On Enterprise Electronic Records Management Capacity Assessment

The management of electronic records is an important factor to ensure the authenticity,integrity and long-term availability of electronic records.It is an inevitable requirement for the development of electronic records management to evaluate the electronic records management capacity assessment.Through the evaluation,we can clearly understand the mechanism of electronic records management capabilities,understand the advantages and problems in the management of electronic records in the process of its management level,it can provide and effectively promote the development of mechanism of enterprises to manage electronic records.The aim of this paper is to build a scientific and practical evaluation system which can be applied to manage electronic records and find out the issues of management work.Through the analysis of the literature review,research on the key factors affecting the management ability of electronic records that managed by enterprises,finally found six evaluation modules of the electronic records management ability mechanism,and build a capacity assessment system based on the research.Use the system in empirical research to judge the feasibility and rationality of the capacity assessment index and capacity assessment system.Solve the problems that exist during electronic records management and help enterprises to manage electronic records better.
