The banking industry is one of the three pillars of the financial industry, and with the improvement of people's living standard, people between banks and the increasingly close ties, but part of the bank's customer management status and service consciousness is still relatively thin. Hefei Rural Commercial Bank is a new rural commercial bank, which was founded in February 14, 2007, the local bank, started late, management has not yet formed, customer information scattered, has not formed the real customers and service consciousness. The purpose of this paper is to combine the computer software technology and the personalized service system designed for the current situation of Hefei branch, to provide convenient service for the customers.This paper briefly introduces the research background, through the investigation found that the status of customer management in science and technology of Hefei Rural Commercial Bank, needs to build a computer network as a platform, personalized service system to manage and maintain customer relationship as the goal. On this basis, combined with the branch line of the existing resources, personalized service system in Hefei, using B/S framework, ASP.NET technology, background database using SQL Server 2008, greatly improving the effective utilization of data; and the first through five aspects carries on the introduction of the system requirements, which are customer management, data management, integration management, service management and system management; through the analysis of the system function, safety and performance requirements, design a framework structure of subject, in order to improve the banking service quality and customer satisfaction as the principle of design, development and design of a personalized service system, realization of customer management, to provide quality customer service, the humanized management the bank has been greatly enhanced. Through the design and implementation of the system related functions, the bank according to customer needs and dynamic, timely response. According to the customer's feedback level needs, improve service in time to absorb more customers. In the end, it demonstrates some functions of the system and tests the relevant functional modules.Through the design of personalized service system, the Hefei Rural Commercial Bank will greatly reduce its management cost, in addition to effectively improve its customer service quality, timely grasp and understand all aspects of customer needs, and this will be helpful to improve the quality of banking services, customer' satisfaction and loyalty.
