The Design And Implementation Of Science And Technology Information Service Platform Based On SOA

The complete and efficient of the information service is not only ensuring deep development of the enterprises and institutions of the city, but also have great promotion of increasing the economic development of the city. The science and technology information service platform is designed to embody the construction of characteristic information resources. The platform which is focusing on science and technology information service is represented as a social sharing mechanism based on characteristic science and technology resources. It can integrate various civic science and technology information resources and provide information service for the technology projects of the city moving to the world through many multi-aspect and multi-channel ways.This thesis presents the signification and purpose of the science and technology information service, and researches and studies the development situations and features in science and technology information at home and abroad. And then it analyzes the technical characteristics of.NET and the database access technology and intensively studies the framework of SOA and the key elements of Web Services and its application model. By the support of SOA, the system modularizes the service logic of an application or certain separate function and it is presented as a service function to the clients, which realizes dynamic response to changes in demand. And it also adds some new services or updates an existing service According to the detailed analysis of system requirements, this thesis presents a hierarchical structure of the science and technology information service platform by using SOA technology, and on the basis of which this thesis presents an integrated framework of the platform. The system adopts Visual Studio.NET on the NET platform to realize Web service. It completes a series of process, such as the design, implementation, testing, discovery and call of Web Services, which includes several main function modules, as science and technology information consultation, achievement registration, project application, etc. By using the ADO.NET and a database query technology, this thesis designs the universal data access solution based on SOA. The development of the service platform has got the demand of all the users,and achieved the development goal.The platform has stable operation,friendly interface,easy to operate,and other advantages.
