Design And Implementation Of Teaching Equipment Repair System For Wenda College

With the growing popularity of using Multimedia Teaching in Wenda University, higher requirements and utilization for multimedia classrooms and teaching equipment become reality. Also management and maintenance for those teaching equipment become more and more difficult. Those teaching equipment problems do not feedback timely or the feedback not gets reply. In this case, a set of appropriate software to analyze the capable of teaching equipment for effective management and improve the utilization of teaching equipment is necessary. According to the research and analysis of Wenda Multimedia Teaching equipment and on the base of the design requirements specifications and the outline design of the system, the improvement of the basic structure of teaching equipment system is confirmed.Taking My Eclipse development environment for the system, teaching equipment management system is studied and analyzed deeply. Integrated use of Java technology, Struts 2.0 framework technology, filter technology and SQL Server 2008 database technology implementation. System is based on meeting the actual needs of Wenda University. The function module is divided into seven modules: multimedia classroom management, user management, teaching equipment management, equipment repair management, and database maintenance and system evaluation modules.The system relies on the existing campus network. Now it is on operation phase. It implements multimedia equipment to register, query, repair and maintenance operations. Currently the system is stable and it response good. Basically it meets Wenda university teaching equipment repair and management the actual demand.
