Online Book Purchase System With Automatic Recommendation Fuction Based On Struts Framework

With the popularization of electronic commerce,online shopping has become an indispensable part of life.This project develops a book ordering system suitable for the current environment to meet needs of users to search,order and browse books online.The system provides users with accurate and timely book information and convenient purchasing channels.This paper addresses the problem of automatic recommendation for mew and old users based on group behavior and users' record.Through the website,users can know the books that sell well and have discounts,in addition,people could know the author,price,publishing house and other book information,and then find their favorite and suitable books in the shortest time.This paper investigates,compares and analyzes the classical automatic recommendation algorithm,and then designs an algorithm which is further explained and illustrated.This paper not only analyzes the users' requirements and the E-R diagram of the function of the online book ordering system,and also designs and explains the system database through the specific table design,and shows the realization of the function of each module through the module diagram,flow chart,method call flow chart and other functions.The system basically realizes the function of registration,login,browsing,searching,automatic recommendation,and purchasing for users and management of users,books,orders,and permissions for administrators.The system is developed on the basis of Struts framework and Spring framework,so it has certain practical value.The Struts framework and Spring framework provide a ready-made framework for the online book ordering system.The Struts framework provides a full set of MVC model codes to make the development of the system more efficient.
