The integration of mobile communications and Internet technology lead to people into the mobile Internet era. In the framework of wireless heterogeneous networks fusion, through the research of access network selection strategy, wireless heterogeneous network resources can get maximum utilization and user's quality of service can be improved, what the user and network can achieve maximum benefits is the problem which we face, and heterogeneous wireless network selection is one of the research focus in the field.This thesis analyzes the heterogeneous network selection strategy about research status, and explains in detail the knowledge of heterogeneous wireless network selection. It is based on proposing real-time multi business and dynamic decision matrix about network selection algorithm. The following work has been done in this thesis:Firstly, aiming at the problems of user terminal in multi business scenarios exist that network selection quality is not high, the load is not balanced, and the possibility of generating the ping-pong effect is proposed based on real-time multi business wireless heterogeneous access network selection algorithm. The algorithm introduces multiple business scene in real-time, and through hierarchical analysis method about multi business types and user priority is to calculation and analysis so that obtain the subjective weight vector. Meanwhile entropy method is applied to get the objective weight vector about the properties of the network. Finally, the approximation of ideal value weighted is sorted to obtain the optimal network, in a certain it extent to meet the user terminal practical needs about real-time multi business application. Simulation results show that the proposed method is improved in the aspects of network switching rate, blocking rate and network load.Secondly, in view of the actual situation, the network attribute has the characteristics of real time variability and volatility, it put forward to wireless heterogeneous network selection algorithm about dynamic decision matrix. According to the trend of network attributes, the algorithm get dynamic matrix. And it constitutes a dynamic decision matrix through the decision matrix. Finally, the grey relational analysis method is used to dynamic decision matrix and obtain the optimal network through the grey relational analysis. Simulation experimental results show that the algorithm effectively reduces the frequent switching about user access network that due to the dynamic change of the network properties. It reduces the ping-pong effect bringing about impact,and has increased in network performance and quality of business.Research shows that under the existing wireless access network selection algorithm research, it improves and perfects the practical problems existing in the practical application of wireless heterogeneous network environment to further. Meanwhile it can further optimize the network resources to enhance the business quality of the wireless network. The research has good theoretical and practical significance.
