If the use of information technology to the management of student information, can greatly improve the efficiency of student management in higher school, because the information technology management method is very efficient, accurate and convenient. Therefore, college students management informationization is the only way which must be passed.In this paper the current comprehensive spread wide software development technology and database management technology, the real situation of Shaanxi Province, a student management system using J2 EE platform Java technology research and development, using SQL Server 2005 as the system back-end database management platform expansion system development and implementation. The establishment of the system starting from the needs analysis into the research process for practical affairs, general affairs demand and the demand of the user, use case template to analyze functional requirements. Then on the basis of determining the system design goal, the design of the system structure and the design of the system function plate are carried out. Finally by using the Java programming language and SQL Server database management system embracing students basic information management, students incentive management, external communication and management, management of student financial assistance, training management and disciplinary management and so on functional blocks.Today, student management information system has been authenticated users,trial operation results show, the target system alleviated the Shanxi Province a student management work pressure, efficient processing of the student information is not clear,management level is not high, greatly enhance the Shanxi Province, a student of education and the level of service quality, improve the students' overall management level and informationization level.
