Development And Design Of Web-based Student Information Management System

With the wider application of the computer science and information and network technology,more vocational high schools are taking advantage of computer technology to realize the dynamic management and operation of student records,which not only lowers cost and lightens workload but also improves work efficiency with lower error ratio.However,the performance of the information system determines the efficiency of the management of the student records.Therefore,a stable and sound IT system is the vital key in this aspect.In this treatise,the author manages to solve the problem involving a lack of information on the management of student records with the help of computer technology.The author adopts the target-oriented mentality,analyzes the relevant processes,lists the business demands involving the management of student records and finally arrives at the functional and non-functional demands thereof,partly based on the research on the relevant product.Then the MVC three-layer mode and target-oriented mentality are adopted to design the framework and functional module of the system.The SSI framework and Java technology are finally employed to realize the integrated management of student records involving five sub-modules,namely user,recruitment,teaching,student records and systematic management.The student records management system that the author has been devoted to can effectively reduce the errors resulting from the low level of information.The application of the advanced IT technology can improve the efficiency of the management,substantially relieve the workload of relevant personnel and help realize better management of student records.
