The Design And Implementation Of Vocational Technology College Freshmen Enrollment Management System For Shijiazhuang

With the constant expansion of the school,and the increasing number of students, when freshmen firstly go to college, usually we should receive thousands of students in several days, deal with tens of thousands of kinds of information. The previous manual enrollment mode cannot adjust to the need of modern management, so Vocational Technology Institute plan of Shijiazhuang plans to new develop a management system, through this system, we can manage the information of the students Process-orientedly, normalizedly and Informatizedly,and we can census it scientically and enquire quikly,which can decrese the number of management work.Vocational Technology Instituteplan of Shijiazhuang management system use javajsp and B/S,and it is based on SSH,using SQL Server2008as a database to design the system.It also use the analysis and design means of Object-Oriented.Firstly we analysis the user’s need and make sure the scope of the system construction.After making sure the system technical structure and the analysis of functional structure,we decide to use the class diagram and sequence diagram to design the system in detail.At last,we use the graph part and code to describe it and test its function.This system accomplish six functions, which includes basic information management,chage management, freshman registeration, items provision and query statistics management, and system settings management. We can mange data dictionary,organization structure, and import the information in batch, and manage the infoamtion of coacher in the basic information management. Data dictionary management includes the basic information management of students,Organization management includes the management of department,faculty and profession.The functions of charge management includes:cost information management,charge,the examination and approval.Freshman registeration is to accomplish registering student’s information,and provide the items.It can insert and inquire the information of freshman,upload the photos,and register.Items provision includes providing and returning items. Query statistics management accomplish the statistics and query of new students each index,and the paying fee situation,phase fee situation,new report statistics,students report statistics, phase report statistics,newborn registeration statistics in detail,detailed statistics student nationalities,the cashier for statistics.system settings management.System settings management includes six mode functions,names right management, role management, operater management,setting system parameter,welcoming process set,and setting school information.New students information management system should provoide our users enough information and quick query means.lt makes query more convenient,efficiency higher,liability better,and the storage large than manual management.The generation of management reduces the work errors caused by fatigue,and it also provide a solid guarantee of students’ normal work and study.
