Business management in the traditional manual meter reading of water,artificial way of charging by households already can not meet the needs of water users is growing fast.Additionally,this is a water shortage in Tianjin city,the demand for water resources even more.Traditional manual management methods,such as user data,cost information,water management data through manual records and paper-based way to save user data,cost data,water data management,efficiency and slow in this way is likely to cause user data lost in the statistics,the more time-consuming.In response to these phenomena,Tianjin Waterworks Group expects the use of information technology to achieve a water service integrated management system.Depending on the business needs to master the technology and Tianjin unsolicited Group,water service integrated management system used to determine the framework for B/S structure,using the Java language and based on SSH Framework MVC design pattern.Technical architecture of the system is divided into three layers:Web layer,the service layer and physical layer.Web layer supported by Struts technology.Service layer is mainly responsible for the system business logic,and calls DAO,service layer and implemented by Spring technical support.Hibernate art physical layer O/R mapping support and implementation by,connected by a PO technology and database,and post-processing of data through the service layer returns to the Web layer to the user.Database design system uses Microsoft SQL Server 2014.Water service integrated management system to achieve functional modules user management,water management,cost management,fee management and reporting statistics in five areas.Wherein the user management features include user profile management,user query,historical inventory queries water arrears and arrears split the table set reminders.Water management features include initialization meter data,meter data upload,meter reading schedule inquiries,manual meter reading management.Cost management features include fines type setting,gradient Unit type setting,change the nature of water management,reduction of water and add the new pay record bad debts.Charge management features including operating room charges,Debit,bill management and billing history inquiries.Business Office charging function operations include charges statistics and configuration parameters.Reports include statistical functions to achieve the management and query statistics report.Implementation and use of water service integrated management system,will be able to ease the tension between supply and demand in Tianjin degree water resources,improve the utilization of water resources,improve the company's credibility in the minds of users and to increase the efficiency of the management of water services.
