The Design And Implementation Of Lawyer Industry Integrated Management System For The General Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture

Along with the advancement of the informatization of office, the lawyer industry’s informatization in Mongolia autonomous prefecture needs to be improved, and the whole profession puts forward new requirements on office under the new situation and the original office system already can’t satisfy the rapid development of the society and the popularization of the network. In addition, according to the real demand of general office in Mongolia autonomous prefecture, the efficiency of traditional way of office is low, the connection between the various offices is not close enough, the work efficiency between various departments is not high, So it has been a huge demand for local lawyer industry to realize the whole profession co-working through an effective network system. Therefore, it is very necessary to design a lawyer business integrated management system to cope with new problems in the local and to improve the efficiency of local lawyer industry office, to enhance the lawyer industry information security, and provide convenience for the whole profession practitioners.The design of this management system adopts B/S structure, uses the MVC pattern development and the relatively mature lightweight open source framework SSH (struts 2+Spring+Hibernate3) to develop, and it uses the relational database SQL Server2012.The lawyer industry integrated management system for Mongolia autonomous prefecture mainly implements the law affairs business, administrative affairs, jointed transaction business, system setting-up business and personal affairs. Law affairs model implements the case management business, financial management business, administrative jointed declaration business, contract management business, vehicle management business, chapter using management business, meeting management business, visiting activities business, etc. The administrative affairs completes the basic information business, qualification management business, annual appraisal business, annual inspection business, practice management and report query operations. The jointed transaction completes the basic information business, annual appraisal business, practice management business, integrity management, membership dues collection business, business report query. The system Settings model completes user information business, law firms business information, business operation log. And the personal affairs implements personal affairs management, network hard disk management, database management and mail management business.The use of the system will lead the lawyer industry into the informatization era for office, and it improved the efficiency of the whole profession local office and provided great convenience for the relevant units and personnel.
