| With the increasing development of China’s higher vocational education,the reform of personnel system is deepening recently.Due to the wide coverage of personnel management related to every aspects of college routines,such load has been getting heavier as records management,salaries and welfare,performance evaluation and staff recruitment.Many vocational schools quicken their space of informatization campus based on the more comprehensive and diversified development of computer technology.For the interactive,accurate and convenient management,we studied a personnel management system for vocational schools through modern software engineering principles and methods.This system can not only cooperate with other college systems and share useful resources,but also provide sufficient data and various analyses for users.Our research improves the quality of personnel management of vocational schools and it offers better services for the development of colleges.Therefore,taken the importance,complication and necessity of personnel management into account,an appropriate college personnel management system for better development of vocational schools should be studied,created and expanded.With a work background of personnel management,the author gave a detailed introduction to the development process,methods and technology route of the above-mentioned college personnel information system.Based on B/S framework,SSH and JAVA technology,the model may satisfy the technical backup needed by current personnel management system and further expand its functions by component interfaces extending techniques.According to the demand of software engineering,we conducted analysis,design,development and testing to the system.In the paper we firstly analyzed the possibility,functionality and NFT of the building of the personnel system;secondly designed in detail the system structure,functional modules and data base;thirdly developed such content as registration module,staff management module,attendance management module,salary administration module,recruitment management module and reward and punishment module;finally,tested the whole system to ensure its accuracy and reliability.After a scientific testing,we reached a conclusion that with clear structure,re-useful logic and easy maintenance,our system basically met the needs of scientific and effective personnel management and improve the efficiency of personnel work. |
