| Information is a tendency of the world developing nowadays, and it is an important power to promote the revolution of society and economy. With the high speed development of information technology, Information management has begun to be used in all kinds of schools in our country. It is used to carry out general managements such as student management, result management and curriculum management in some schools and they have achieved their goal of paperless management depending on IT industry.The real purpose of the schools which are carrying out information management is to renew concepts, standardize management and other thoughts and concepts reform, especially in vocational schools. This paper describes the research which the author has done on the management model, the puzzles of school Information and the function of a information management software which the author self-develops and which is suitable for vocational school.This system is a typical management information system(MIS), the development of this system mainly includes the installation and maintenance of background data and fore-end appliance procedure. The former requires setting up a data which has good consistency, integrity and safety. The latter requires the function of appliance procedure has characteristics of completeness and easy used. This system is based on SQL2000å'DELPHI to be a platform, making use of the developing tools which SQL2000å'DELPHI supply to other targets to set up a system appliance prototype in a short time, and then based on C/S model (client/server model) to introduce methods of using this system focused on result management,teacher management and curriculum management, and finally we will continue to correct and improve the system according to the requirements of actual use till it is a satisfied feasible system.This system is not finished yet, but we have tried and tested the developed models for nearly one year and have made better achievements. |
