Design And Development Of The Higher Vocational Academy Freshmen Enrollment And Register Computer Integrated Management Information System

Higher vocational education is the important part of general higher education in our country. The enrollment management is an important task of university and college. Some task such as the management of the heterogeneous distributed data getted from the remote matriculation system, the release and on-line inquiry of freshmen admission information, real-time statistical summary of the scene, finance tuition fees, dormitory allocation, census migration and many other related work of the higher vocational colleges give great challenges to the existing manual, semi-manual management work mode.Considering the features of the enrollment, registration and other management for the practical work and work demands in higher vocational academy, following user-centered design and software engineering design method, using of computer database and network technology, the author develop a set of the Higher Vocational Academy Freshmen Enrollment and Register Computer Integrated Management Information System based on .Net framework, the combination of B / S and C / S structure, to achieve the targets of the functional management of the school network coordinated joint office. This software system is involved in the information statistics related to enrollment, records data management, losing candidates management, candidates remote query, freshmen registration, financial fees collection, census migration and registration management, allocation of quarters of the actual workflow.The implementation of the system achieved a very good application effect and improved information management level of the school enrollment relevant management work.
