Design And Implementation Of The System Of Smaii Residebtialarea Property Management

With the development of economy and people’s living standards, the residential area has become a first choice, but this can cause some residential property management issues. Since everyone wish it could be an efficient and simple property management,this system is developed. The management system has several modules such as system management, complaint management, cost management, parking spaces management,maintenance management and other functional modules.The application system is based on the community’s information management requirement which is the development background in this project. The network management system could meet the estate service and all kinds of management needs for the community. Firstly, the application of traditional structured and object-oriented system analysis method, makes a comprehensive analysis of information management system, and then describes the main business processes of the information management system, and the system function structure diagram is given. The system functional requirements, non functional requirements(the development and runtime environment)and the function module division and database selection are made; then according to the result of system analysis and the system design structure, the function system can be divided into the following modules: system management, press release, payment management, equipment management, complaint management and so on. According to the management rules, to determine the algorithm, resource allocation, the principles of fair, system design was completed in accordance with the content of software design,the system has the data dictionary data analysis, analysis of the relationship between the data storage, and then obtains the relationship model system and expounds the main the design process of the system database; finally discusses the realization process of mainly function module of the information management system, expounds the process flow and main function of the code, the system interface, and gives the main use case of system testing, the structure and method of test and verifies the effectiveness of the system, and the test results of a simple analysis, finds out the deficiency, the improve it in the future.This article covers the basic process of system development, tools and technologies are used in the process of system development; strictly follow the basic principles ofsoftware engineering in the development process, life cycle development methodology,including four stages: needs analysis, the concept of structural design, structural design,system implementation and maintenance. System development is on the Visual Studio2005 platform, and uses SQL Server 2005 database to create and maintain datas.Object-oriented programming language C# is used to complete the design of residential property management system with B/S structure.
