With the rapid development of satellite communication technology,satellite beacon tracking technology has been more and more attention because of its actual demand.In this paper,the satellite beacon tracking technology and its characteristics are studied in detail.According to the actual beacon tracking requirements,a receiver scheme for L-band satellite beacon tracking is designed.The main contents of this paper are: 1.The L-band wideband superheterodyne satellite beacon receiver is designed and analyzed.Repeatedly employed to verify the whole portion and a portion to the entire method of combining.The two frequency conversion structure is selected,and the L-band is divided into 930 MHz ~ 1430 MHz and 1430 MHz ~ 2300 MHz respectively.The frequency conversion scheme with high frequency and high local oscillator is selected,and the interference suppression is obtained.Through the theoretical analysis and calculation,combined with the actual device,the device is assigned to reasonable indicators.Simulation results show that the receiver can suppress the image frequency of 198 dBc,the intermediate frequency suppression reaches 53 dBc,the low order combination frequency interference is suppressed,the third order intermodulation cutoff point reaches 14.8dBm,the dynamic range is 50 dB,the noise coefficient is less than 2.2dB,the step is 0.5dB,the harmonic analysis results show that only the final need 10.7MHz IF signal can be output and remain at 0d Bm,the receiver fully meet the indicators of the system.2.The classic capacitor three-terminal structure is used to design a voltage-controlled oscillator that work at 1675 MHz.By improving the traditional low-frequency oscillation circuit,and select the high Q value of capacitance to create a resonant network,avoided the problem that the energy loss so that it is too difficult to resonate.Select the appropriate impedance to achieve improved DC bias circuit,so that the oscillator can output a large enough power.The voltage-controlled variable capacitor is selected,so that achieve a voltage-controlled oscillator.Through simulation analysis and processing testing.The results show that the voltage-controlled oscillator work at 1675 MHz,the output power is 9.4dBm,It can meet the design requirements very well.
