With the development of Global Navigation Satellite System, navigation receiver compatible with multiple satellite navigation system has become a trend of modern receiver. The technology of fast acquisition and tracking is discussed in this subject based on tri-system satellite navigation receiver, and hardware platform on architecture of DSP, combined GPS/GLONASS/BDS satellite system with L1/L1/B1signal frequency, and the baseband signal processing and navigation positioning theory and algorithm, the basic function of the receiver is realized while excellent property of acquisition and tracking is achieved.Acquisition is one of key technologies of the receiver while acquisition speed is an important factor, which can directly affect the performance of tracking and others of the receiver. Tracking is based on the completion of acquisition, obtained the required kinds of measurement information precisely. Then the information will be sent to the core processer to process PVT navigation algorithm and so on.In the capture, the subject discussed and compared three kinds of satellite signal acquisition algorithm, combined with the hardware platform, adopted the design of FFT-IFFT acquisition algorithm and accomplished the acquisition engine. After the simulation and actual test, the requirement of fast acquisition is accomplished and the design is applied. In tracking, the subject discussed and analyzed kinds of tracking theory and algorithm, through the analysis and discussion on various loop and filter with its parameter, the subject selects PLL aided by FLL tracking engine where the logic function module achieved. After the simulation and actual test, the acquisition engine and tracking engine in baseband both meet the practical requirements. The receiver has a nice precision of positioning, velocity measurement and timing, and been practical applied.
