| With the world market economy,globalization,financialization,foreign banks continue to enter the domestic market.Thus it Intensifies competition between domestic and foreign banks.However the level of the financial management of the bank directly affects the competitiveness of itself in the market.At the same time our country’s financial system and the financial accounting system are gradually in line with the international standard.The people’s Bank of China has escalated its demands on the capital adequacy ratio management,the timeliness of information disclosure and financial accounting standards.So that Liaoning Rural Credit Cooperatives strengthens the construction of the modern financial management system of a complete function and advanced technology will help to improve their management and competitiveness.The thesis firstly describes the system of the research background and source and introduction of related technologies,and elaborates the structure of the paper.According to the characteristics of Liaoning Rural Credit Cooperatives bank system,it is focused on the analysis of business needs and functional requirements.And it is used UML use case diagram for the system static modeling.Then on the basis of this need analysis,the design of the system is carried out by MVC layering idea.And the detailed design and implementation of the system is described.In the part of system design,first overall design,and the system is divided into 7 sub modules.They are the general ledger module,budget management module,dealing management module,asset management module,reimbursement management module and statements management module.And then each function module is described in detail,and a part of the E-R diagram of database design and database tables is given at last.In the part of system implementation,it introduces in detail the functional implementation module And through the testing of the system,its function and performance are evaluated.Finally,the system traits and deficiencies are summarized,and next tasks are pointed out.The system is based on J2EE platform,B/S architecture model and the Oracle11g database.And it is designed to complete by JasperReports,iReport,Ajax,SSH framework,and other technologies to design.The deployment environment of this system supports mainstream UNIX/Linux/Windows systems,accessing client operating system supports browser IE6.0 or above,Firefox 2.0 or above and all common browsers. |
