As internet technology is developing very fast and the internet is normally used,the development and establishment of informational school is becoming a significantmeasure for secondary vocational schools to increase self-management, strengtheninside management, optimize resource deposition and raise social image, thus,getting more approval and attention of most secondary vocational schools.Till now, many hand work of administrative and personnel tasks are replacedby computers and internet, realizing automation and intelligence of related work,which could not only reduce related labor intensity, decrease human resource costand save related expenses but also avoid mistakes made by hand work making thejob more simple, fast, accurate and high efficient.However, because of the specialty of finance accreditation and the complexityand uniqueness of the financial flow path, most of the secondary vocational schoolsare in lack of the special information system and the finance accreditation is made byhand holding the realization of information and intelligence of secondary vocationalschool management effecting the efficiency of whole school financial work. What isworse could not be avoided and emended.Focusing on the specialty of financial approval work, this essay took theadvantage of the Internet, enabling the finance approval system to be more scientificand intelligent, tried to use the theory and technique of SSI structure making use ofthe advantages of SSI structure making the school finance accreditation system to bemore reusable and extended, thus improving the efficiency of school financemanagement.Finally, system development, system through research, user analysis, anddesign and implementation work part functional modules, has now completedresearch needs and functional module design work for all modules, and hascompleted the development of work-related functional modules, due to timeconstraints and capabilities, there is need to strengthen the system for improvement:The module has been developed in the test version of the function is relatively simple to use, just to meet basic needs, and other indicators of system stability Writeachieve industry standards, to be resolved in the second phase of this project.At present, the system can only use the computer for other mobile devices,such as mobile phones, tablet PCs when using the above, because the system has notbeen optimized for mobile devices, especially the user interface display system, etc.,in a network of rapid mobile client the development of the case, which is not enoughto develop a dedicated mobile client software in the latter two in the past to achieve abetter user experience. What is more, the system isapproved to be practically valuable and could serve the secondary vocational schoolinformation better.
