Agricultural Bank Financial Management System Design

With the implementation of new accounting standards, in particular, reform ofAgricultural Bank shares after listing, the financial management of the ABC made anew, more stringent requirements: such as financial accounting standards, informationtimeliness of disclosure, the refinement of financial management and so on. Therefore,the ABC proposes to promote innovation in information technology and innovativestrategic thinking financial management, requires new management philosophy tocreate a set of financial systems with policy guidance, internal control principles,practices in one, to support business department, financial integrated management andtotal cost management, development and direction of the financial managementplatform - the financial management system.In this paper, the knowledge of software engineering, discusses the AgriculturalBank financial management system's requirements analysis, architecture design,detailed design. The system uses unified business model to achieve a the standardizedfinancial operation platform including base,general ledger, budget, assets, payroll,examination and approval an so on. So all kinds of financial personnel at variouslevels in a unified and standard system platform can complete the financial budget ,financial accounts, financial analysis, cost control, performance evaluation and otherfinancial management processes.The system uses JAVA EE technical route, system structure using server clusterserver, realizes the application as a pure B/S model of large WEB application system,introduces workflow engine to realize electronic examination and approval, applicaesdigital certificates and PKI technology to guarantee system security, applicates SSLsecurity protocol to protect network communications.The system uses hierarchical design, applicates of the MVC, AOP and IOC andother technologies, not only has high speed distributed system cache, dual modetransaction management with Statement and programming, dynamic adaptation oflasting solution, reports show, data validation, plug-in mechanism, page cache andmany other technical characteristics; but also builds the system logs, exceptionhandling, organizational structure, rights management, interface reference, onlinereporting, configuration management and other components.The design and promotion of this system will make Agricultural Bank toestablish a unified and standardized financial management platform, make the Agricultural Bank's financial management to a new level, and provide operational andtechnical supports for the system development of .full cost management, financialdecision support and so on.
