The 21st century is an information age,with the rapid development of information technology,electronic office become a reality for enterprises.At home and abroad,large companies have already the quick and efficient electronic office systems.It's not only abandoned the many manual operation and wrong operation,but also reduce the cost of a lot of human resources for companies,and offer more accurate and efficient functions of history record inquiry,audit and so on.It is important to improve enterprise's competitiveness in the market,it is also great significance to optimize enterprise's office systems to reduce the waste of resources.In the thesis,the enterprise welfare management system is an electronic office system,which is based on the actual needs of an enterprise,using J2EE,Spring MVC,Bootstrap and some popular third-party plug-in technology to development.This system is mainly solved the problem of enterprise's employees travel,which supports mobile devices.Nowadays,mobile device has been popular,and also provides a good bar-code scanning.The system is to consider the user's habits and existing technology,make use of the bar-code technology and Web adaptive technology,send letters(PDF file)with bar-code to user by mail as credential to look around after booking successful.Employees can simply use the credential to the attractions,this is friendly and get rid of some unnecessary operations,such as the return of travel cards.The result of test on-line show that the system is good practical application,which make enterprise reduce investment in human resources,and employees also reduces the cumbersome registration.It provides a good platform that making welfare management become rational and efficient.
