The rise and development of mobile Internet make people demand for personalized and integrated real-time communication services.In order to cope with the challenges of mobile Internet service providers,telecom operators began to actively explore new development model of real-time communication(RTC:Real Time Communication)services,and through flexible service abilities openness mode,friendly SDK development model and cloud based RTC service support model,they achieve the Internet based RTC service,and open the telecommunication service capabilities to Internet users.Aiming at the problems faced by the cloud based RTC network platform:the complex terminal access problem,the media flow bearer difference and private network traversing problem resulted from large different network access conditions,and the access protocol difference problem resulted from open to third-party apps,this thesis proposed the capability access service system for cloud based RTC network platform,which can shield the diffidence not only from network capability to terminal but from terminal capability to server,to ensure RTC network capability can be smoothly expended and cloud based deployed.Firstly,this dissertation introduces the background and significance of cloud based RTC network capability platform.And according to the cloud based RTC network capability platform overall scheme and business requirements,the functional requirements of capability access service is proposed,and it be further decomposed and refined.Then the functional structure design,the interface design and thedata structure design of capacity access service are completed.Futhermore the routing management strategy based on source of call is proposed,the design of media proxy control state machine is completed and the critical handling process is described.Finally,the paper realizes the capacity access service system for cloud based RTC network platform,and completes the functional verification,which verifies the effectiveness of the capacity access service system.At the end of the paper,a summary of the dissertation and the next work plan are raised.
