In order to handle the public emergencies timely and effectively,government departments in Beijing, Tianjin and Nanjing have successively carried out the construction of wireless government private networks based on TD-LTE technology.In the process of advancing the maturation and industrialization of private network technology, the research on the private network terminal test technology is of great significance: The standardization of the radio test index of the private network terminals is the basis of the mutual communication between different equipment and the development of terminal test technology; The automation of the terminal radio frequency conformance test system can improve the efficiency and reliability of the private network terminal test, shorten the production period of the terminal products, and thus promote the development of private network equipment industry chain. Based on the test requirements of Chinese Institute of Information and Communication Technology, this paper develops a private network terminal radio frequency automatic conformance test system to verify whether the private network terminal's performance meets the corresponding radio frequency index.This paper researches on the test technology of the private network terminals: In order to verify the private network radio frequency index's rationality, this paper builds a terminal radio frequency test simulation platform under the private network communication environment and simulates on the receiver and transmitter test cases based on the radio frequency conformance test standard. The simulation results verify the rationality of the private network terminal's radio frequency index. It provides the reference data and simulation platform for the revision of the subsequent test standard. To realize the automation of the radio frequency conformance test of the private network terminal, this paper builds the hardware and software of private network terminal test system based on the automatic test technique and the radio frequency conformance test standards. The system verification results show that the test system greatly improves the efficiency and reliability of the private network terminal radio frequency test, effectively controls the test cost, and advances the perfection of the private network test technology.
