With the continuous breakthrough of 5G key technology in Sub-6G band,and the formal commercial use of 5G millimeter wave band terminal in the world,the comprehensive commercial use of 5G millimeter wave band terminal is also on the right track.Radio frequency conformance testing is the key test link for the terminal to obtain the network access license.Speeding up and improving the radio frequency conformance testing system plays an important role in the process of 5G terminal industrialization.In order to improve the test efficiency of the terminal RF indicators,assist the research and development of terminal products,and reduce the test cost,it is of great significance to actively carry out the development of 5G terminal RF conformance test platform and provide conformance test platform that meets the requirements of the protocol.This subject is based on the National Science and Technology Major Project of the New Generation Broadband Wireless Mobile Communication Network.It mainly analyzes the test indicators of the millimeter wave band specified in the 5G standard protocol,analyzes and develops and implements a compact field-based RF test environment and develops corresponding tests Example.Analyze and improve the designed test cases.This paper is selected in the national science and technology major project of new generation broadband wireless mobile communication network"R15-oriented 5G terminal test system and platform research and development".It mainly studies the radio frequency conformance test of millimeter wave band specified in 5G standard protocol,realizes the radio frequency conformance automatic test platform based on compact field,and designs and realizes the corresponding test cases.The main research contents of this thesis are:(1)The related technologies of 5G terminal radio frequency are reviewed.Firstly,the mechanism and structure of 5G physical layer are elaborated,and the implementation scheme of related technologies of the physical layer is sorted out.Then the basic concepts,test principles,test methods and difficulties involved in 5G terminal RF testing technology are analyzed.Then the research of terminal millimeter wave RF testing system based on contraction field is summarized.(2)The RF conformance testing platform of 5G terminal millimeter wave based on tightening field is designed and implemented.Through the analysis of the actual test environment,the overall design scheme of the test platform is designed,and the platform is divided into hardware part and software part.Hardware part includes crunch games from a dark room,measuring,vector network analyzer,vector signal,radio frequency link and computer,the design and implementation of the construction of the test link and instrument control,through constructing the test link to realize the connection between the terminal under test and the test platform,using the instrument to complete the terminal RF test and measurement.The software part is the remote instrument control platform,which designs and implements the remote call to each instrument by the remote instrument control platform,automates the control of hardware equipment through the driver code of each instrument,and provides the operation interface for users to operate.The function of the test platform was verified,and the results show that the test platform can complete the 5G RF consistency test.(3)The RF conformance test case of 5G terminal is designed and implemented.Firstly,the design method and test process of the test case are analyzed.From then on,the test conditions and RF indexes of the three test cases,namely the maximum output power of the transmitter,the power of the transmitter and the maximum input level,are analyzed,and the realization of the test case is completed.Finally,by remote control instrument and contraction field environment,the function of the transmitter power correlation index of the feed antenna and the testing function of three-dimensional antenna pattern are verified.The results show that the test results of the test cases based on the test platform are consistent with the test results of the manufacturer,which proves the correctness of the design and implementation of the test cases.
