The automatic grain depot is a new concept in grain storage. It can use automation equipment to achieve access automation and convenient operation. It has the advantages of saving land, reducing labor and errors and improving grain warehouse autolation level.With the development of computer technology and the continuous improvement of the level of industrial automation, using computer technology to implement data acquisition and monitoring in the process of automated storage is more and more concerned by people. Therefore,the research on the monitoring system of automatic grain depot has important theoretical significance and engineering application value.The monitoring system of automatic grain depot in this paper mainly includes two parts: the field equipment monitoring system and the upper information system.The field equipment monitoring system is achieved based on the force control configuration software. This paper proposes the design scheme of the system and studies the related technologies used in the design process. Then the field equipment for data communication,monitoring and control interface, live video capture, animation of the simulation technology is described. Finally the field device monitoring system realizes data acquisition and real-time monitoring of the grain depot.The upper information system is achieved based on YII framework.The system has two user roles: administrators and operator. The administrator is responsible for the management of user information, and the operator is responsible for monitoring grain depot. This paper focuses on the connection between the two databases of the filed device monitoring system and the upper information system. On the basis of the YII framework to achieve the system, this paper gives some of the core modules of the implementation method and code. At last, the system is tested, and the test results prove that the upper information system can complete the monitoring data of automatic grain depot.
