Design And Implementation Of Dynamic Workflow Plan Of Structure And Process

The emergence of workflow greatly improved the speed of enterprise information construction, improved employee work efficiency, and enhanced the communication between business people, to a certain extent,meet the business needs of automation, standardization. However, facing the current increasingly diverse market demand, the business activity of enterprise are changing more and more quickly, the workflow technology needs to be more flexible. Recently, the adaptability and flexibility of existing workflow is relatively poor, cannot adapt to the quick environment changes. Therefore, dynamic workflow is the trend.This article will research, design and implement the workflow plan which supports the dynamic workflow from two aspects: structure and process. The main work includes:First of all, we analyze the current lack of flexible workflow technology, and put forward the new requirements of the workflow to the increasing demand change. Secondly, we deconstruct the standard meta-model proposed by WfMC, analyzed it from three-dimensional space, and explore the support to the dynamic change request from the aspects of structure and process. Thirdly, we clarify the rule set that dynamic process changes needs to be followed, break the barriers between process definition and operation, and put forward a generic workflow model which supports dynamic process. After that, through the study and analysis of various workflow operating modes, we propose a detailed design scheme based on the business system. At last, we implement the workflow dynamic plan,and apply the system to the actual business scene, finish the testing and verification.As for the dynamic of workflow structure, through the analysis of the common changes of the workflow structure, we research from two gradation as the modification of the process definition and the migration of the process instance. We finish nodes mapping through migration descriptor and complete the process instance migrator through simulation execution, to achieve the dynamic of workflow structure.As for the dynamic of workflow process, through the analysis of the common changes of the workflow process, we research from three gradation as transfer forward, transfer backward,process terminate, rely on various workflow operating modes. We propose incremental preservation of historical data to improve efficiency, and we redirect the process,complete compensation-path generator and compensation server to finish data recovery, then achieve the dynamic of workflow process.
