| With the growing competition between corporations, workflow technology as a key technology supporting for modern enterprise information management and process automation is becoming an important research direction. Workflow technology is widely used in the approval process. In the course of aerospace applications usually encountered the following requirements: 1 dynamic task scheduling, that is the executer of the task need to distribute task to other colleagues dynamically or give people view the mission based on business logic; 2 cross-domain countersigned application, that is both applications at the two places required to sign a document package jointly. One can start a countersigned workflow and then send a remote mission to outside domain users through the web service call, the outside domain user receive and implement the mission, and at last return the final results of the implementation of the mission to the domain which starts the workflow. At cross-domain sign application the foreign domain users is usually required to start the new workflow to distribute the mission, and the results of the implementation of the workflow is as the results of the implementation of the job, which involves how to associated work items with a workflow and how to use the outside domain workflow template to start the workflow dynamically. The above-mentioned problems are commonly found in the approval process application.Face the needs of dynamic workflow for the approval process application, this paper studied the WFMC workflow criterion, dynamic workflow technology, workflow reference model, as well as the workflow systems of domestic and foreign manufacturers, designed activity-based sub-flow and work-items-based sub-flow through the improvement of sub-flow, and applied to AVIDM approval process at last.Practice has proved that: AVIDM approval process application, through the introduction of activity-based sub-flow and work-items-based sub-flow, is not only to meet the application requirements of dynamic task scheduling and cross-domain countersigned application, and improve the dynamic nature, flexibility, efficiency of the AVIDM approval process and to reduce the reference between the systems, and achieved the expected goals. |
