In the information time, data storage and its security are becoming more and more important. More attention should be paid to the main device of Hard disk computer data storage. People run enormous risk caused by the loss of data while they are enjoying the convenience brought by the information, so it is very important to prevent the loss of data in computer. Once important data were damaged or lost, it will results in irreparable loss on the daily production in enterprises. The questions discussed are How to prevent these important data from being damaged, and how to rapidly recover these data's after being damaged.The so-called data recovery is due to hardware damage, accidental partition, accidental format accidental delete, viruses being damaged, sabotage or other factors leading to the loss or non-normal access to the data recovery process of normalcy.In this paper, the data recovery technology is based on the FAT32 file system. Specifically, the principal tasks are as follows:First, the paper analyzes an 80G hard disk data storage structure and the principle of FAT32 file system.
