With the promoting the manufacture level of mobile terminal hardware and the increasing of the software function, mobile terminals are widely used, and the storage of data in mobile terminal is becoming more and more diverse. While there are so many loopholes in mobile terminal hardware and software design, and hacker may use these loopholes to damage data which is stored in mobile terminals. In this case,people attach more and more importance to data security. As one of the method to ensure the safety of data, data backup receives much attention.First, this paper did research of the scope of the mobile terminal data backup products and summarize the shortcomings of existing products. 1)With the diversification of mobile terminal data, the simple method which only provides the communicating information backup, or the method which only provides the application data backup, could not satisfy people's demand for mobile terminal data backup. Whereas the cloud services which can provide comprehensive data backup is lack of flexibility and security, because it could not be used across brands.2) The method of application data backup is too simple, usually only take use of simple copy, it is a waste of storage space.From the analysis above, we know the requirements mobile terminal data backup. Secondly, this paper analyses the characteristics of mobile terminal data and the characteristics data-change, the mobile terminal data is divided into file level data and data block level. For the file level data, based on the characteristics of mobile terminal data path is relatively fixed, this paper puts forward an index network based on attributes of files, the files in mobile terminal are divided into groups according to the match of file attributes. In view of the data block level, this paper designs an incremental backup method which is based on the data block. We import the index of the block of data on the basis of the incremental backup. On the basis of ensuring the smaller data redundancy, the method could avoid the recovery of history version. In the construction of the index network based on the file attributes and incremental backup method based on the data block index, bloom filter are introduced in these methods as a high matching rate structure. The introduction of bloom filter reaches the aim to improve the efficiency of data backup system and meet the needs of mobile terminal data backup. Experiments show that the index network based on the file attributes saves more time than the order index. The incremental backup method based on the data block index is also verified that can improve the mobile terminal block of data search efficiency, and improve the efficiency of the mobile terminal data backup system. Finally, we implement the backup system based on the android.
