After half a century's rapid development, great achievements has been achieved in China's TV industry. Nowadays, TV is playing a dominant role in the mass media, leading all aspects of social life. It is the main access of information, entertainment, and pastime. It can be said that the Chinese society has entered the "Television Time" since the early 1980s. However, after entering the new century, based on the development of the network technology and the digital technology, the rise of new media has brought unprecedented challenges to TV, which was"the first media"previously. For example, there has been observed television audience distribution, loss of young audience, television advertising revenue growth rate has been slowed down year by year. TV media gradually lost its dominant position, it's social influence and commercial value has been fade away. Less than half a century ago,China's TV media was known as the "new media", but now it has been classified to the "traditional media" in an instant. Now facing the challenges from mushroomed emergence of new media and the consequent change in the audience environmental, China's TV industry how to gain a firm foothold and continue to maintain its leading position in the media, should gain more attention and consideration. In the year of 2005, a sudden "WEB2.0" wave swept across the Internet. Upon the spirit of "user-centered" and with core ideas of "participation" "interactive" "sharing", Once again, internet broke out energy in the greatest degree to attract a growing number of people. For example, domestic blog outreach to the 25 million in a short span of three to five years ; Myspace. Corn ,the Young online community ,it's registered users are over 75 million;Millions of people participate in the Wikipedia explanation of the word. Inspired by "WEB2.0",such a concept as "TV2.0" has quietly emerged. It was also predicted that China TV will soon enter the "TV2.0" time. At present ,There is no specific academic theory about the "TV2.0" concept study, so the scope of the concept is uncertain. The authors refer to a large number of relevant information at home and abroad, in an attempt to define "TV2.0" from a more comprehensive perspective. Hopefully, this article could play a certain role in promoting in the future "TV2.0" related studies.Each scientific and technological progress have brought revolutionary way for the dissemination of information, the emergence of"TV2.0"has no exception. Because of the development of technology, we will be able to watch TV on line at anytime, by mobile phone in anywhere, also we can customize our favorite TV service. However, the development of services should always be in service for the audience. No matter what channel of communication and viewing terminal, the ultimate aim is to facilitate the audience watching television. So the professionals put forward the concept "content is king", that is, only producing the audience's favorite TV programs is an eternal truth. This paper pick out a typical TV program–"Talk show"as the research object, in accordance with the theory of "Five elements of the public communication",choose two TV shows《Boss Town》and《Work Stuff》for example, which used "TV2.0 "for experiment. Selecting audience orientation,topic selection, the host, conversation object and scene in combine with the feature of "TV2.0" for further analyze, try to summarize the new features of TV programs in the TV2.0 Time , with a view to the related research in the future.
