Research And Realization Of "Internet +" Community Governance

With the advent of the "Internet plus" thinking is to achieve cross-border integration of Internet and traditional industries,the traditional industry once again revitalized the cornerstone.In this regard,the representative of "Internet plus" the birth of the Alipay bank,the balance of treasure Internet plus financial "evolved," Internet plus "taxi taxi drops form etc..In the current community governance,there are a series of problems,such as the low efficiency of the administrative staff,the enthusiasm of the residents to participate in the community is not strong,the effect of community governance is not obvious.In view of this situation,the majority of scholars,researchers and government departments are also actively explore methods to solve these problems by using "Internet plus" thinking,which makes the "Internet plus" community governance has become a hot research in the construction of community.At present,the domestic part of first-tier cities by creating smart community,active construction of the city community,while enhancing the community governance effect in a certain extent,but most of them are limited in scope to provide some basic services for the elderly in the community,and cannot meet the urgent needs of community residents.The "Internet plus" thinking into the construction of the community,both for government departments to vigorously promote all have very important practical significance on the efficiency of enjoy convenient,comfortable and efficient way of life to meet the needs of community residents.This paper relies on the Hubei provincial Civil Affairs Department commissioned a key research project of "the "Internet plus" community governance mechanism ",combined with the present situation of domestic and foreign community governance,with the actual needs of community residents to serve as the starting point,through the visualization of the wisdom of the community service platform,has been actively exploring in favor of community governance.The construction of a comprehensive intelligent community needs to start from two aspects of hardware and software services.The project mainly uses the development technology based on J2EE,enterprise application development platform UniEAP and Hadoop platform based on Big Data sharing and exchange tools Sqoop.The function module of the intelligent community service platform includes the family service module,the property service module,the district service module and the administrative service module.Family service module includes the basic information management,medical services,education services,community activities and home care.The family will achieve the basic information management of basic information,the residents of the housing information,family information management;medical service module includes health consultation,emergency rescue and medical appointments column;education service module includes education consulting,community forum,community library;community participation,and module activities including publishing venues activity management and equipment management;home care,health consultation module contains door-to-door service,nursing management.Development of smart community service platform system is actively practice on the Internet thinking function of community governance,on the one hand,can arouse the enthusiasm of the community residents to participate in community autonomy,improve residents' solidarity,promote the harmonious development of the community;on the other hand,reduce the community service personnel work burden,improve the efficiency of government departments.
