The Design And Implementation Of Mobile Office System Based On Enterprise Wechat Account

With the popularization of intelligent mobile phones, the mobile office system with mobile phone as a terminal has got rapid development. This new mobile office mode allows the office staff to get rid of the time and space constraints, to establish enterprise application system with the use of information technology software and mobile terminal, and provide convenient services for users.The topic of this paper comes from the actual project "Mobile Office System Based on Enterprise Wechat Account" of Aisino Corporation. This system is an exploration in the field of mobile office. The Aisino Corporation hopes to open mobile office doors with the help of wechat advantage.Paper analyzes and designs two parts of functions of mobile office system, the server part and the client part. The client part interacts with users with the help of wechat. The server part is accomplished with AOS (Aisino Operating System) development platform developed by Aisino Corporation, using SQL Server database management system to store data. Through the multi dimension modeling, the system is divided into six modules, including Login Module, News Module, Apply-Approval Module, Task Management Module, Information Query Module, Office Card Module. This paper has completed the business requirement analysis and functional design of each module, and described the detail design through process design and class diagram, finally test the system.The Mobile Office System based on Enterprise Wechat Account has run stably, and meets all kinds of office requirement of employees, provides efficient and convenient service for employees, and gets high praise from employees.
