With the rapid development of information technology, the information technology has made a great impact on the traditional teaching model,and has pushed the change of education and teaching. In some aspects of the traditional teaching mode,teaching resources has not been able to meet the needs of learners, especially in colleges and universities where students are receiving more influence from information technology and educational informationalization. In order to promote information technology and subject teaching depth fusion, we need to have a feasible teaching model and teaching resources as a guide to make the smooth operation of information-based teaching. The new teaching resources of Micro-lecture, which was developed rapidly due to characteristics of short and good targeted contents, have a transformative effect on education. Therefore, it is necessary to explore how to apply the "Micro-lecture" in the course of subject teaching and merge with the discipline of education.Network information editing is a required course of combination of theory and practice. Learners need to do a great deal of practice to achieve the teaching goal,the traditional way of teaching has obvious deficiencies in meeting needs of learners. This research explores how to build Network Information Editing teaching design based on ADDIE model in the information environment and design micro-lecture application cases under the guidance of the teaching design to carry out teaching practice research.Taking the network information editing as an example, selecting an experimental class and a traditional class as research object, this study tests and analyses the application effect of micro-lecture teaching through the questionnaire survey method, experimental method, interview method, and the literature research method.First of all, this research collects domestic and foreign related literature and summarizes research content, and also introduces the related theories. Secondly, this research builds Network Information Editing teaching design of micro-lecture based on the ADDIE model. It consists of five stages: the analysis stage,design stage,development stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage, evaluation stage throughout each stage will run. Again, the experiment solution of Micro-lecture is presented in Network Information Editing. The experimental process is based on the Micro-lecture experiment sequence, which includes the pre-questionnaire survey and analysis, Network Information Editing Micro-lecture cases, post-questionnaire,interview and final grade test. The Network Information Editing Micro-lecture cases select two cases which the Micro-lecture is designed and applied from two aspects:process knowledge and factual knowledge. Choose different teaching strategies for different knowledge.Finally, the study takes an examination for the teaching effect by using questionnaire, test, interview and final exam. Moreover, the obtained data and learning situation are analyzed and summarized, and some conclusions are presented.
