Information technology as an important means to improve port productivity, has been applied to all aspects of port production, from internal production scheduling, terminal operations, business management to external logistics platform, port platform construction and so on. Improve efficiency of shipping operations is the key to improve port productivity. Meanwhile, strict regulatory to port from government departments such as customs, port authorities and others also makes information technology more and more urgent. With the growing emphasis on port enterprise information construction, and the continued implementation of port information systems, information technology construction need to consider not only the target, but also the difficulties in the process, enterprise resource consumption and affordability and cost of port company.Cloud computing as a new means of information, has many advantages such as dynamically scalable, on-demand deployment, high flexibility, high cost-effective. This paper aims to use cloud services technology and customized ideas to standardized port operations processes and improve information sharing ratio on the downstream port logistics chain, to achieve the purpose of promoting the coordination office.This article has done the research of three aspects. First, the paper puts forward a specification processes based on the cloud services. The paper analyzes the port of ship management processes, puts forward the standardizing processes. At the same time port companies or departments can use personalization design customization to meet their business needs. Second, this paper proposes the cloud computing platform architecture, and the structure of a detailed exposition. Describe the detail design of the system from the infrastructure layer, the platform layer and service layer. The article presents database design and functionality of the system module design, proposes user permissions security solutions. Third, according to the service modeling and construction methods, this paper proposed a detailed service design. Adopt SOMA method to develop and build a service model. After the service modeling is completed, the paper focuses research on customization, including metadata configuration and business processes customization.
