Design And Research Of The Safety System Of The Newborn Based On RFID Technology

The era of big data,With the continuous development of information technology,The core of large-scale hospital's information system is patient-centered,"the wisdom of medical treatment",the bar code technology,the application of electronic medical records,to replace fee-based information management system.In this paper,according to the requirements of clinical practice,combined with the current status of neonatal wards in the hospital,we explore the use of information technology to solve the problem of neonatal management.In this study,the neonatal management information system using RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)tags to achieve the management of the newborn.In this paper,firstly,the technology and principle of radio frequency identification(RFID)are introduced in detail.The specific situation of RFID technology in China and abroad is studied,and the problems that need to be solved in the current neonatal management system are analyzed.Then,the requirement analysis of the hospital neonatal management system was carried out.The functional requirements and performance requirements of the system were put forward,and the security analysis of the system was carried out.The system flow chart and the system working model were given.And then gives the detailed design of each module of the neonatal management system,as well as database design.And the interface between other information systems in the hospital are designed,such as personnel management system,HIS(Hospital Information System)business system,SMS platform,hospital care EMR(Electronic Medical Record)system.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of the neonatal management system are summarized,and the future development of the system is prospected.Based on the RFID technology for location management in newborns,strengthen the management of newborn,and through the connection with other information systems to improve the intelligence level of the hospital,the effective protection of neonatal safety,reduce labor costs,improve work efficiency,to create a good doctor-patient relationship.
