In recent years,due to global warming and other factors,the frequency of extreme weather events such as typhoons increases,which not only causes great losses to the lives and properties of fishermen,but also increases the difficulty of fishery production management.Marine fishery communication is an important way to convey the information of safety,warning and productive management among fishery system units.The existing BeiDou maritime communication system focuses on connections between shore command system and fishing boats but ignores the direct communication between shore personnel and fishermen.In this paper,for the safety communication between shore personnel and the fishing boats,a set of marine fishery communication system based on BeiDou wireless network is designed:(1)A new type of Marine fishery communications technology scheme based on BeiDou wireless networks is proposed.By using the BeiDou wireless transmission terminal WLAN technology and its embedded software,a number of functions are implemented,the collectivity scheme and the backstage database are designed,including transparent forwarding BeiDou data,multiple clients login,personal E-mail account,and offline-message.(2)A set of mobile phone APP software are developed to support the information interaction between ship and shore or ship-ship,including typhoon warning,alarm reminding,law enforcement management,private letter to send and receive.The BeiDou wireless network-based marine fishery communication system achieves the standardized management of fishing boats and fishermen,and enhances the private communication between fishermen and their families.Compared with the existing fishery communication system,our system has higher application value and social significance.
