When it comes to 21 century, exploiting marine resource and developing marine economy has become the important pillar of the national economy of our country. However, nowadays because of the restriction of overall technology and economy, overall development level of the deep-sea fishing of our country have great gap with world deep-sea fishing developed country or region, our country still have no special Technical Division offer production information service for deep-sea fishing production, therefore, in marine field national 863 plans have established 818-11-01 programs " the information application service system and demonstration experiment of squid fishing in the North Pacific Ocean". According to the present situation of the deep-sea fishing management and the equipment of fishing and the developing tendency of communicate technology of our country, applying some modern technology, such as the satellite technology of remote sensing, the modern technology of mobile communication, the technology of geography information system and the artificial intelligence etc. looking related area of the North Pacific Ocean as demonstrating sea district of the squid fishing, it establish for spread-type deep-sea fishing information service base.This paper is the subprogram of "the information application service system and demonstration experiment of squid fishing in the North Pacific Ocean", has completed the design and realization and of " Design and Realization of Boat Carried Fishery Environment Information Field Auto-Monitoring System for Fishing ". Major task includes the hardware design and software development of the automatic collection system and communication system. This paper pass through the application of microcontrollers technology, sensor technology, satellite and the digital communication technology of short wave, signal detection and process technology in the automatic inspection system of the environmental information of fishing field with ship, have realized the data acquisition system of the temperature of fishing, the salinity information of ocean environment as well as the log (ship's position and catching quantity etc.) of the North Pacific Ocean, have also realized the data transmission between inspection ship and the data automatic collection of information transmit ship, between inspection ship and the information service base at bank.This paper have expatiated the design method of system from two aspects: hardware and software. The following is the main task of this system:1.
