Along with the continuous development of science and technology and the social demand unceasing enhancement, the study of space life science has been continuously developed,spatial biological analysis instruments,as important hardware devices of the spatial life science and spatial biology technology research, tend to have diverse styles and functions. Therefore, softwares with higher standard are required to display and control the functions of the biological analysis instrument.In this paper, the spatial multiple indicator biological analysis instrument to display &control softwares are designed and implemented. The main work are as follows: through data analysis and processing, two dimensional image and video display and playback are realized for the voltage, the current, and the experiment temperature; experiment operation control,parameter setting and status indication are realized through the instruction decoding and encoding.Firstly, this thesis analyzes the hardware architecture, software configuration, as well as the working principles of the spatial multi-index biological analysis system, then summarizes the detailed contents for display & control purpose in the display and control systems, then selects the three bus communication, i.e., PCIE, Gigabit Ethernet, and Fiber optic. Then, we use the multithreading technology to solve the multithreading synchronization problem,meanwhile through using the database development and visualization technologies, a great amount of different types of data generated by the system are well integrated into the data base. Through simplifying the data in the form of data arrays, and through the use of dynamic link library technology to achieve resource sharing, we improve the utilization of disk and memory space. Finally, the display & control software can be divided into five different layers,i.e., man-machine interface, database, data analysis layer, data protocol decoding/encoding and serial layer receive/transmit data. We design and implement the human-machine interface,the parameter settings module, the data analysis module, the data storage and playback module, the system self-test module, an the data communication module and cell detection positioning module.During the software testing period, a series of regular tests are conducted including unit testing, integration testing, validation testing, system testing, and acceptance testing. By the display and control testing to the capillary electrophoresis analysis module, the biological sample processing module, and the cell culturing module, the basic functions are verified,including the real time data storage and display and replay, etc. It also shows that the display& control software could work in real-time and stably.
