Using Information Technology To Organize The Literature Of Chinese Ophthalmology Health Care And Establish The Knowledge Ontology Of "Healthy Eyes"

As the high intensity of pressurebrought by work and study,the rapid penetration of high-tech electronic products,the large-scale polluted of survival environment,and the accumulation of other factors,more and more people experiencethe eye discomfort or illness,myopia,hyperopia,visual fatigue and other diseases increased year by year,and even has become a "national disease",seriously affecting people's lives quality.The reportfrom World Health Organization(WHO)shows that the number of people with visual impairment in worldwide is about 285 million;39 million people suffer from blindness;and 246 million people are amblyopia.Refractive errors,cataracts,trachoma and other eye diseases caused the continuous growth in blindness rate in some counties.China,with the most blind in the world has about 5 million blind people,accounting for 18%of the world's blind population.In China,there are about 450,000 people blindeach year,which is expected to increase the number of blind people by 4 times in 2020.Therefore,the prevention and treatment on eye disease is pretty urgent.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)records a large number of rich health knowledge and health methods.Chinese ophthalmology being as an important part of ancient books,has a long history and with years of development has formed a relatively complete system of diagnosis and treatment.The ancient physician on the ophthalmology from the anatomy and physiology,etiology and pathogenesis,disease awareness and diagnosis and treatment,drug identification,health prevention and other aspects of the formation of a large number of very rich and practical information,which can be found from the ancient literature.However,for these information scattered in different periods,as well as various types of ancient books,there is no systematic data on the complete statistics.Therefore,it is of great significance to fully excavate the advantages of ancient literature resources,and to systematically summarize the methods of Chinese medicine health care,which is important to realize the prevention eye problems and reduce the incidence of eye diseases.This content is still lack of corresponding scientific research.In this thesis,50 Chinese medicine books,ophthalmology monographs,health monographs and other related ancient literatures are digging and sorted out,to form a more complete database of content,and also constructed of knowledge Ontology on 'healthy eyes',to further build a more complete Chinese medicine ophthalmology health care knowledge system as well as to provide support for better access to information services and sharing of information.1 The Research Purpose and SignificanceThrough the excavation and collation,the author summarizes the information about the ophthalmology in ancient Chinese medicine literature,and builds a scientific and reasonable content and rich professional knowledge database,as well as constructs the knowledge ontology of ophthalmology health field by using information technology,and then realizes the organization and expression of knowledge in order to build a complete system of Chinese medicine Department of disease prevention information system to provide support for the future of eye health prevention and health care and clinical applications,research and teaching needs.2 Research Content and Methods2.1 Choose the representative eye health care related literature from Chinese medicine.According to the purpose of this study to construct the database,50 ancient books are selected from the perspective of ophthalmology and health field.In order to ensure the richness of mining content system,the literature searching is comprehensively consideredto include the contents of traditional Chinese medicine,medicine,diet,acupuncture-and massage Ancient books.2.2 Data retrieval miningLiterature mining method:The Ultraedit32 Software was used for keyword retrieval mining.The text content was structured processing;the input can be summarized in the meaning of healthy eyes function of Chinese medicine as a keyword to search.EXCEL is employed to retrieve the information for statistics,information filtering classification,to establish of Chinese medicine ophthalmology health care database;2.3 Relevance rule retrievalTo the literature search keywords frequency higher vocabulary as the main vocabulary,the Antconc3.2.4 software is used for correlation retrieval,the second retrieval of the contents of the measurement of statistical processing,to do further data mining analysis,try to explore the characteristics and laws of Chinese medicine eye health care.2.4 Expert survey methodsApply with Delphi method for expert questionnaire survey.Through investigating the five senior titles over 15 years of work experience in Chinese medicine ophthalmology clinical experts to calculate the way of scoring,evaluate the risk factors that affect visual function,and recommended eye massage guidance method.2.5 The construction of ontologyCombined with the developed seven-step method from Stanford University on the building of ontology,to determine the type of concept,to establish the ontology conceptual framework,to define semantic relationships,applied with the software of Protege5.0,to the construct of knowledge Ontology on 'eye health' is realized.3 BeiJi Fang?3.2 Dig the results.Based on 'Keep eye','Improve eyesight','Care on eye','Beneficial to the eye','Care on eyesight' for the keyword to statistics among the 50 ancient literature related content,a total of 1638 information were retrieved,of which"eyesight" retrieved the most relevant content for the keywords,accounting for 98%of the total.These 1638 items were further screened,merged,removed and repeated,and reached 289 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,396 prescription,28 therapeutic method,Meridian massage,guidance method with 15,and other eyesight care with 7.3.3 Key words relevance search results.50 ancient Chinese medicine literature 'Health Eye','Bright Eye','Healthy eyes' and related keyword for searching.Among them,the keywords'Bright Eyes' was accounted for the highest one,with the search content of 1613 times,so we determined to choose the 'Bright Eye' as the main key words,via the Antconc software for word block function to retrieval.After searching,thehigher frequency statistics keywords are 'Ming Mu Qing Shen','Ming Mu Yi Jing','Yi Qi Ming Mu','Chang Sheng Ming Mu','Ming Mu Zhen Xin'.Retrieval can be seen to care eye for maintaining visual function is closely related the maintenance of the body,which in line with the Chinese medicine eye"five" concept that eye function and visceral functioncan not be divided and also embody of theory that man is an integral part of nature.In order to do a good job on healthy eyes and health care,the adjustment of overall situation of the body to adjust must be taken into account,to achieve the target of clear eyes and eyesight extension.Cause the incidence of eye and pathogenesis is very complex,such as congenital factors,eye habits,disease incentives and other factors can lead to eye attacks.The daily eye function preventive health care process,should pay attention to refine energy,nursed back to health,to maximize the reduction of liver and kidney deficiency,fine blood deficiency,catfish dystrophy caused by eye dysfunction.In the healthy eyes and health care process should pay attention to mind,and emotional and other psychological factors on the impact of eye function.3.4 Recommended Evaluation on 'Healthy eyes' MethodStatistics by questionnaires:Eye health risk factors survey shows that the literature describes the impact of eye health risk factors are of great significance,'Close distance depending on the material' is an important factor affecting eye health,'Over the bright/dark vision','overuse','visual small writing','drinking','strong anger' is also an important factor affecting eye risk.In the literature,'Healthy eyes' massage,guided validity evaluation survey,massage on the eye to prevent eye disease to ensure eye health has a certain significance,the score from 'CaMian Mei Yan Jue' and'Ming Mu Xing Shen An Mo Fa' is higher,full of great significance to improve the eye visual function.3.5 'Healthy eyes' knowledge ontology constructionIn this study,the terminology of ophthalmology is used as the main expression form.In order to fully acquire important relevant knowledge,the technical terms selected in the literature are sorted into the list of terms,and grouped according to the characteristics,and the similarity concepts are full of the strongest correlation.Through the evaluation of the importance of the concept of the selected key terms,and the accurate expression of domain knowledge,thus a domain knowledge framework system are formed,and get the framework structure.The final 'Healthy eyes' knowledge ontology concept are divided into 19 categories:People Group,Physique,effect,Use frequency,Other therapies,Health method name,Famous doctors,Remarks,Operation method,Source,Governance,Disease,Symptom,Taboo,Solar terms,Drug,Book,Syndromes,Parts.And divided into 20 categories of other subclasses,concept terminology 590,semantic relations 9,provide technical support for the future to further build eye health information service application system.4 Conclusions4.1 Dig up the ancient Chinese medicine ophthalmology in the health care information,the database was established.Sorted out 50ancient books,and 1638 items of Chinese medicine healthy eyes related information were formed.There are reached 289 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,396 prescription,28 therapeutic method,Meridian massage and guidance method with 15,and other eyesight care with 7.4.2 Some of the health-care methods evaluated by experts.And then clear the eye-care method and application value.Application of Delphi method for expert questionnaire survey,the risk factorson impact of visual function were analyzed,and then recommended massage method for the future application of the actual provision of professional recommendations.4.3 Through the ontology technology to build a "healthy”knowledge ontology using the body Protege5.0 tool method,19 categories of concepts were divided:People Group,Physique,effect,Use frequency,Other therapies,Health method name,Famous doctors,Remarks,Operation method,Source,Governance,Disease,Symptom,Taboo,Solar
