With the sustainable development of the national economy,the pursuit of quality of life in people is rising as well,and tourism has become an important way to enjoy life.The rapid development of tourism is accompanied with the increasingly fierce competition in the tourism market.Therefore,how to improve the competitiveness of tourism has become the most concerned problem in various regions.There are more and more studies have shown that tourism image has an important influence on tourism decision-making,and it is one of the key factors which attract tourists.Effective tourism image transmission is the key to development of the tourism.Taking the Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture as the object,this paper was based on the perspective of transmission,and from the following three aspects:the main body,content and carrier of transmission of Enshi tourism image,so as to analyze its now transmission situation.And by using the methods of text analysis and in-depth interview,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the tourist perception image of tourists in Enshi and also sums up the problems existing in the tourism image of Enshi.And,finally,on the basis of mastering the specific situation of tourism image transmission in Enshi,and learning some successful experience of other tourist places,this paper puts forward some optimizing strategies,such as paying great attention on the "human media" which emphasizes greatly on spreading the tourism image,promoting the cultural atmosphere of tourist place,and focusing on the image transmission of new media platform.
